Getting physically and mentally fit to join the workforce.

The program combines indoor and outdoor activities, blending hands-on training with fitness and wellbeing exercises. Participants share laughter, camaraderie, and moments of personal discovery, all while learning critical job skills. By the end of six weeks, graduates leave with renewed confidence, practical tools, and a clear plan for their future.
