The importance of physical activity and outdoor time is becoming increasingly evident in the battle against long-term unemployment. The Inspiring Brighter Futures Foundation, known for its successful Onwards and Upwards program in high schools, is now extending its reach to support the local community in Ipswich with innovative wellbeing programs.
Early feedback from participants suggests that the pilot program aimed at the long-term unemployed is a resounding success. These initiatives are designed to improve both physical and mental health, equipping individuals with the resilience and confidence needed to re-enter the workforce.
