Established in 2009 by a group of educators and businesspeople, the foundation is dedicated to helping those in the community who need it most.
For over a decade, we’ve helped thousands of people learn practical skills to improve their self-esteem, personal values, a growth mindset and resilience, and have encouraged them to set goals that they can apply in their everyday lives. We are passionate about making a real and positive difference to those who need a better future.
We bring to life our mission of supporting and inspiring people in our local communities through our programs with support of our volunteer mentors.
Values guide our thinking, actions, decisions, responses to other people’s decisions, and our priorities. At Inspiring Brighter Futures Foundation, we live by our values and want to help individuals identify theirs so they can start living a more balanced, happier life. Explore our values below.
Inspiring Brighter Futures Foundation is a non-profit organisation offering wellbeing mentoring programs for vulnerable young people, emerging student leaders and job seekers.
To mentor, support, and inspire people in our local communities to move their lives onwards and upwards.
Through our programs, experiences and events, Inspiring Brighter Futures and its many volunteers work closely with people of all ages and backgrounds, including:
In addition to donating, there are several other ways you can contribute.
Mentoring: Offer your time and expertise to mentor individuals, providing guidance, support, and knowledge to help them achieve their goals.
Volunteer: Assist with events, administrative tasks, or other activities where your skills can be valuable.
Fundraise: Organise fundraising events or campaigns to support IBFF’s initiatives.
Spread the Word: Share information about IBFF and its mission on social media and with your network to raise awareness.
Corporate Partnerships: If you have connections in the business world, you could help form partnerships or sponsorships.
In-kind Donations: Donate goods or services that the organisation needs, such as office supplies, food for events, or professional services.
Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status is a special endorsement from the Australian Taxation Office that allows registered charities like the Inspiring Brighter Futures Foundation to receive tax-deductible donations. This means individuals or organisations who donate $2 or more can claim the donation as a tax deduction.
DGR status not only encourages more generous giving by offering a financial incentive to donors, but also recognises that our Foundation operates for the public good under strict regulatory standards. It’s a mark of trust, accountability, and credibility.
We'd love to explore how we can work together to inspire brighter futures.
