What is the online program?

Through a series of engaging activities and self-reflection exercises, the Onwards & Upwards Online Program empowers youth to identify their strengths, passions, and aspirations. By integrating technology and wellness tools, the platform extends IBFF’s successful Onwards & Upwards program, offering a digital space for young people to develop the skills needed to navigate life’s challenges and achieve mental wellbeing.
